Deconstructing Arm Balance - Foundation :
Polishing and Refining Foundations: Chaturanga, Crow-Crane, Side Crow
Exploring: Koundinyasana I & II, Bhujasana, Astavakrasana, Tripod headstand
Deconstructing - Strength & Flexibility :
Hips flexibility: Flying Pigeon, Dragonfly, Kukutasana, Half Lotus Side Plank
Shoulders-Hamstrings flexibility: Titibhasana, Visvamitrasana
Each session includes warm up, core conditioning & stretching work.
Every pose has modifications (step by step) and variations (more challenging) to suit student’s level.
By taking time to deconstruct, students will develop a deeper understanding of the biomechanics, body awareness & confident to balance on their palms!
*Not all poses will be be covered, depending on class’s progress
